I received this E-book for 100% free for a unbiased review. My review is my own. This is very well written book to help with weight-loss that uses common sense. I have read a lot of books and done a lot of programs. Diet Enlightenment e-book teaches you to watch what you spend your calories on just like when you are budgeting with your money, I like this approach. She teaches us to watch how we are spending our calories because they are other alternatives that will fill you up better and not all are healthy but you can make them healthier if you choose. I like that she gave a lot of examples to go by. She also teaches us how to listen to our own bodies. It's a very good e-book.
